Shelly Says: Wow! Meghan has delivered quite a story and it wasn’t really what I expected. I laughed and I cried. She brings together 4 very different characters and finds a way to bring them all together, friends that become family. My fav characters I must say are Jace and Daisy, not gonna lie I wanted them together but they wouldn’t have worked. I really liked Carter and Hollyn as well. Hollyn’s story is heartbreaking, and Daisy is very sweet with no idea just what is out there just waiting, and Carter, well, he’s just plain angry. This story made me feel so much from the very beginning, not to take away from the others but Jace’s story made me feel the most. All 4 characters enter the Dear Life Program to deal with what life has thrown at them. In this program, they write letters after every meeting, Carter’s letters, well, they miss detail but are too the point, lol! 4 very different characters and 1 beautiful story! I have to say I think my favorite part was Meghan’s letter at the end, very personal and touching. 5 wonderful stars for this wonderful book.
